Two employees with COVID-19 infection die

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 worked in an office setting at a computer station, servicing customers. Employee #2 was hospitalized on July 20, 2021, due to Covid-19 related symptoms. Employee #2 worked in an office setting within acceptable social distances from other employees answering phones. On July 5, 2021, Employee #1 tested positive with Covid-19. and was hospitalized due to Covid-19. Employee #1 later died from COVID-19. On July 10, 2021, Employee #2 showed symptoms of Covid-19. On July 15, 2021, Employee #2 tested positive for Covid-19. On July 20, 2021, Employee #2 was hospitalized for Covid-19 related symptoms and later died from complications from the virus.
