Investigation abstract

At 03:00 p.m. on July 06, 2021, an employee was climbing a stack of pallets to put a band around them. The employee lost his balance and fell, pulling the stack of pallets onto himself. The cause of death was found to be from head injuries brought by the fall and falling pallets.
