Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
At approximately 8:00 a.m. on July 10, 2021, an employee was conducting new car sales. The employee had been at work for approximately 8 hours on the day when the COVID-19 illness occurred. He began feeling symptoms at home that evening. The hospitalization occurred on Saturday, July 10, 2021. The employee was later released and remained at home for 10 days to complete the quarantine period (symptoms had resolved) and was cleared to return to work on July 23, 2021.
