Employee incurs head injuries after motor vehicle collision
Investigation abstract
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on June 24, 2021, an employee was driving a John Deere Turf Gator across Shumway Road to the employer's dump site when struck by a vehicle traveling on Shumway Road. The employee was ejected from the turf vehicle and sustained multiple head injuries, including fractures and hemorrhaging. The employee was admitted to intensive care for treatment.
