Employee is killed when assaulted
Investigation abstract
At 12:00 noon on July 20, 2021, an employee was performing one-on-one monitoring duties of a youth client when he was attacked by the client. Medical staff at the facility began providing aid to the employee while coworkers called for emergency services. Paramedics arrived and transported the employee to a local medical center for treatment. The employee subsequently died from his injuries.
