Investigation abstract
Two employees were working in a substance abuse and mental health hospital when they were infected with COVID-19. Employee #1 was working as a behavioral health Technician, and Employee #2 worked in the laundry room. Both employees became symptomatic, tested positive for COVID-19, and required hospitalization.
