Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working in a retirement community when she was exposed to residents and coworkers infected with COVID-19. The employee arrived to work on July 19, 2021 not feeling well and tested positive for COVID-19 on a rapid test. The employee's symptoms worsened and she subsequently died from her infection on July 26, 2021.
