Employee is struck by forklift and sustains broken leg
Investigation abstract
At 11:00 a.m. on July 24, 2021, an employee was loading boxed plates into a container for organization. After exiting a running forklift, the employee attempted to grab a box of plates to place on the back of the forklift, and the forklift rolled backward, striking the employee and breaking his leg. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
