Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee worked at an orthodontic services clinic. The employee developed symptoms of COVID-19 after a potential work related exposure to a COVID-19 positive coworker. On July 23, 2021, the employee died due to cardiovascular and respiratory system failure related to COVID-19. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
