Investigation abstract

At 8:15 a.m. on August 11, 2021, an employee was operating an electric pallet jack to move pallets when the pallets fell over and struck him on the head. As a result, he sustained injuries to his head and wrist. The employee was treated for his injuries without hospitalization.
