Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a security guard at a psychiatric and substance abuse hospital. He patrolled the premises to ensure the security of the hospital. He had been provided with a mask, and it was mandatory for him to use it. He was on quarantine. He began feeling worse, with shortness of breath, and he went to the hospital. He was infected with COVID-19. At 7:00 p.m. on August 5, 2021, he died.
