At 12:30 a.m. on June 27, 2021, Employee #1 was assisting a patient to change clothes after the patient spilled on himself and the bedsheets. The patient became distraught and flailed, striking the employee in the head. Employee #1 sustained a head injury and was hospitalized for treatment.
