Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
Employee # 1 shared an office with a coworker, who became COVID-19 positive. The coworker spread the disease to Employee # 1. Employee # 1 was sent home to quarantine. While in quarantine, Employee # 1 exhibited symptoms and was hospitalized as COVID-19 positive. At 6:15 a.m. on August 17, 2021, Employee # 1 died from COVID-19 complications, respiratory failure.
