Investigation abstract

At 3:45 a.m. on June 21, 2021, Employee #1 was sanitizing meat conveyors in preparation for the day's work. While attempting to clear a piece of meat near a conveyor sprocket that was in operation, the employee was caught in the sprocket, resulting in multiple fractures to the left arm.
