Employee amputates finger while operating meat saw

Investigation abstract

At 7:15 a.m. on August 3, 2021, an employee was operating a Brio Model 3334 Meat Saw to cut pork belly into small cubes. During the process, due to an insufficient grip on the meat, the employee's left hand was pulled into the saw, resulting in the amputation of two middle fingers. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
