Investigation abstract
An employee was working at a correctional institution. He worked as a correctional officer at an abuse treatment facility. He contracted COVID-19. His last day worked was July 26, 2021. Starting on July 27, he was quarantined. On August 1, he was admitted to the hospital. On August 4, 2021, while still in the hospital, he died of an illness associated with an infection by COVID-19.
