Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a health aide at an outpatient mental health and substance abuse center. He was providing direct care to a quarantined client at a residential adolescent program. The client had tested positive for COVID-19. The employee contracted COVID-19. At 9:30 p.m. on August 15, 2021, he died of complications related to COVID-19 and pneumonia.
