Employee amputates tip of left ring finger while flattening
Investigation abstract
At 7:00 a.m. on June 17, 2021, Employee #1 was flattening a board using a wood jointer when their hand slipped under the guard. The tip of the employee's left ring finger was amputated. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
