Investigation abstract
An employee was working at a health center that held offices for physicians and mental health care providers. He was working on schedules in the housekeeping supervisor's office. The employee's supervisor tested positive for COVID-19. The employee, who worked in same space with his supervisor, contracted COVID-19 as well. The employee was hospitalized at 2:00p.m. on August 2, 2021.
