Investigation abstract
At 4:30 p.m. on June 2, 2021, Employee #1, an automotive service advisor stroke. The employee was hospitalized for treatment on June 3, 2021, at 1:30 a.m., and remained hospitalized for seven nights due to a bleeding right-sided thalamic stroke. The stroke was determined to be the result of a personal medical condition. employed by Liberty Motors Inc. dba Liberty Chevrolet, was performing routine job duties at an auto dealership located within the Selma Auto Mall. After delivering paperwork to the cashier's office, the employee appeared disoriented, exhibited slurred and unfocused speech, and reported numbness in one leg. While returning to the shared office space, the employee fell into nearby bushes. A coworker assisted the employee back to the office, and the employee declined multiple offers for medical assistance.
