Investigation abstract
An employee was providing care to a pediatric patient when the patient inadvertently pulled the employee's mask and coughed closely to the employee's face. The employee ended up being infected with COVID-19 and was hospitalized on August 7, 2021. The employee died at 2 p.m. on August 22, 2021.
