Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2021, an employee worked at an auto dealership. The work performed, in the sales area of the dealership, at the time of incident involved general duties such as selling cars and dealing with customers, and did not have an event associated with the report. The employee contracted COVID-19 and later died from complications from the virus.
