An employee worked as a psychiatric technician. The employee's last day worked was July 8, 2021. The employee tested positive after time off in July 15, 2021, and went on a pre-scheduled vacation. The employee never returned to work and was found dead at his residence at 9:45 a.m. on July 26, 2021.
