An employee last worked in the office on July 27, 2021, before it was closed on July 28, 2021, due to a COVID-19 outbreak. The employee first had symptoms on July 29, 2021, tested positive on August 2, 2021, and went to the hospital several times, and was released each time released until admitted on August 8, 2021. The employee died of COVID-19 and several comorbidities on August 21, 2021.
