Investigation abstract

On August 29, 2021, an employee who had worked as a Radiology Technician for a hospital died due to COVID-19. On August 15, 2021, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. On August 22, 2021, the employee was hospitalized due to COVID-19. The employee was transferred to another local hospital for neurosurgery where she experienced a fatal hemorrhagic stroke attributed to COVID-19. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
