Investigation abstract
Two employees were working at a recreational park and campground when they were exposed to customers and coworkers potentially infected with COVID-19. One employee contracted COVID-19 and subsequently died from her infection on August 10, 2021. The other employee contracted COVID-19 and subsequently required hospitalization for treatment of his infection but successfully recovered.
