Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
At 3:30 p.m. on August 2, 2021, an employee who had been working full-time in COVID-19 are also not included in the narrative. the deli of a truck stop died from COVID-19. A coworker had recently tested positive for COVID-19 prior to the employee's death. The employee and eight coworkers at the same location had been diagnosed with COVID-19 from the end of July through August. The employee had been experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms and died at home while waiting on her COVID-19 test results. The employee had underlying medical conditions which contributed to her death. The results of her test are not indicated in the narrative.
