Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee had worked in an office setting for an oil and gas support services hospitalization. It was determined the exposure was not work related. company. The employee had worked away from other employees with the ability to close the office door. The employee was on leave after July 30, 2021. On August 04, 2021, the employee took a COVID-19 test and recieved a negative result. That same day, the employee took a commercial flight and attended a concert. On August 05, 2021, the employee attended an NFL game. On August 06, 2021, the employee attended an NFL social event. The employee begain tp experience COVID-19 related symptoms on August 07, 2021 and tested positive August 11, 2021. At 10:30 p.m. on August 31, 2021, the employee died after a period of
