Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a sector intelligence officer when he was exposed to a coworker who later became ill and tested positive for COVID-19. The employee began to feel ill and went to the hospital where he was admitted on August 14, 2021. The employee died due to COVID-19 complications at 11:00 p.m. on August 29, 2021.
