Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a customer service representative in a state employment commission call center when a COVID-19 outbreak occurred in the center. During the outbreak, 22 employees tested positive for COVID-19 at the call center from May 19 to June 10, 2021. The employee contracted COVID-19 and was hospitalized on May 24, 2021, with a runny nose, sore throat, trouble breathing, and trouble walking. The employee successfully recovered from her infection.
