Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working for a firm that manufactured paper bags and coated and treated paper. He had taken an offsite lunch with his coworkers on August 12, 2021. One of the employee's coworkers tested positive for COVID-19 on the same day. The employee's last day at work was August 14, 2021. He tested positive for COVID-19 on August 17th or 18th. He was hospitalized a week after the August 12th lunch. The employee died of COVID-19 at 7:45 a.m. on September 5, 2021.
