Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a childcare worker at a child day care center. She went home at the end of her shift. She went to a hospital, where she tested positive for COVID-19. She was admitted to the hospital. At 9:00 a.m. on September 5, 2021, she died, due to COVID-19.
