Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a special education teacher and teacher's aide at an elementary school. She was excluded from work and sent home on August 18, 2021, after she was identified as a close contact. On August 24, 2021, she began to experience symptoms of COVID-19. On August 28, 2021, she tested positive for COVID-19. She was hospitalized on September 2, 2021.
