Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
At 1:15 a.m. on August 18, 2021, an employee who had been working as a Travelling Registered Nurse (RN) caring for COVID-19 positive hospice patients died of COVID-19. On August 6, 2021, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. On August 11, 2021, the employee was hospitalized. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
