Two Employees with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized
Investigation abstract
Employee #1, Employee #2, and a coworker worked at a Hospital. The employees worked together as PBX operators at the facility. On September 13, 2021, the employer contacted the Division to report the positive testing of three employees for COVID-19. The positive testing occurred on September 6, 7, and 10, 2021. Employee #1 and #2 were hospitalized. The coworker was not hospitalized.
