Employee incurs multiple injuries when struck by truck while
Investigation abstract
At 8:30 a.m. on May 10, 2021, Employee #1 was hooking a dolly to a truck. The truck driver pulled the vehicle forward without locating the worker positioned outside. The truck struck Employee #1, causing fractures to his face and feet, as well as lacerations to his head and face. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, where he was admitted and treated for his injuries.
