Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee worked as a Clerk in the shipping and receiving office for a protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are also not included in the narrative. polystyrene foam manufacturer. The employee worked with one coworker (also a Clerk) in the warehousing operation which employed thirty employees. The employee had been with the company since May of 2021 and tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, August 23, 2021, after the onset of symptoms. On September 6, 2021, the employee was hospitalized and on September 8, 2021, she was placed on a ventilator. On September 10, 2021, the employee died of presumed COVID-19.
