Investigation abstract

At 1:10 p.m. on September 13, 2021, an employee working for a paper products manufacturer was standing at the rear of a laminating machine. The employee caught his right hand, which was then pulled into the machine rollers. The employee was hospitalized to treat cuts, lacerations, and a hematoma to his hand.
