Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee worked as a customer service agent. The employee left about halfway through the day (8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.) after starting to not feel well. The employee passed the morning health screening done by use of an app on the phone. The employee died from complications from COVID-19 at approximately 12:00 p.m. on September 16, 2021.
