Investigation abstract
An employee was working at a retail outlet of a firm that performed automotive repair and sold tires. His last day at work was September 4, 2021. He was exposed to a coworker who had tested positive for COVID-19 on that day. On September 7, 2021, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. He was placed on 14 days of quarantine. On September 18, 2021, he died, due to COVID-19.
