Employee dies from unknown cause in vehicle
Investigation abstract
At 10:00 a.m. on September 21, 2021, an employee was in a "Guard Truck" providing a "Safety Work Zone" for a grass-cutting crew. The employee was found unresponsive in the vehicle by their supervisor, who contacted 911 and tried to provide aid. The employee was taken to a medical center and was pronounced dead. The cause of death is unknown and was possibly a heart attack.
