Investigation abstract

An employee was working for a county parks and recreation department when she left work at the end of her shift on July 9, 2021, experiencing a headache and tiredness. On July 10, 2021, the employee was tested for COVID-19 which returned positive for the virus the next day. On July 12, 2021, the employee was at home when she fainted and was then transported to a hospital emergency department due to diabetic low blood sugar and was released. On July 14, 2021, the employee again went to the hospital due to coughing and shortness of breath but was released. The employee returned to work on July 26, 2021.
