An employee worked as a foreign language teacher. The employee's last day at work was September 17, 2021. The employer was notified on September 20, 2021, that the employee had been admitted to the hospital. The employee died of complications from a COVID-19 infection at approximately 12:00 p.m. on September 24, 2021.
