Investigation abstract
An employee worked in Field Probation on Floor 1 in a private single-occupancy office as a Unit Supervisor overseeing Deputy Probation Officers. On August 2, 2021, the employee was hospitalized due to COVID-19. The employee died due to "respiratory failure weeks" and "COVID-19" at approximately 9:00 a.m. on September 6, 2021.
