Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee worked in the medical records office along with two other coworkers. The employee contracted the SARS-CoV-2 virus and tested positive for COVID-19 on September 5, 2021. The employee was hospitalized on September 11, 2021, with pneumonia. The employee died from complications from the virus at approximately 12:00 a.m. on September 22, 2021.
