Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee, an activities director at an assisted living and memory care facility, developed symptoms of COVID-19 on August 20, 2021. The employee was exposed to two residents and staff who developed symptoms and tested positive for the virus. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on August 22, 2021, and was admitted to the hospital at 11:00 p.m. on August 29, 2021. The employee recovered from her infection.
