Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was scheduled to work; however, did not come to work because he was experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19. The employee took a COVID-19 test and received a positive result and was hospitalized for COVID-19 related symptoms. The employee died due to complications related to COVID-19 at approximately 8:00 a.m. on September 7, 2021.
