Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a janitor for a janitorial service. It was thought that he contracted COVID-19 after he was exposed to a coworker who was infected with COVID-19. Days later, the employee began experiencing symptoms. He tested positive on September 11, 2021, and he was hospitalized on September 13. On October 2, 2021, he died.
