Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a supervisor conducting duties such as walking from work station to work station checking on employee's work. The employee contracted COVD-19 and his symptoms worsened to the point that he required hospitalization at 8:00 a.m. on September 26, 2021. The employee successfully recovered from his infection.
