Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee was working in an assisted living facility and was in charge of conducting routine COVID-19 testing for staff and residents. On September 26, 2021, the employee received positive test result for COVID-19 and went into quarantine. At the time of the employee's positive test, there were two residents that had tested positive for COVID-19. At 5:00 p.m. on September 29, 2021, the employee went to the emergency room for fluid and was admitted for observations. The employee successfully recovered from her infection.
